NEED TO RETURN?
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. Clothes that are unworn, unwashed, and still contain original tag, may be returned for a full store credit. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of your invoice date.
All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE.....NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
Returns can be shipped to 129 Sheffield Ln, Birmingham, AL 35242. Make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. USPS is typically the most cost effective way to ship. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
All items will ship within 3-5 business days of your invoice date. Once your order is filled, we will send you an email with your tracking number so that you can see exactly where your package is. All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if your package is lost. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange your merchandise (see details above).
